Motobecane BB Woe

Here is a pic of the "insert" that houses the cartridge BB from a Motobacane Cafe Century. The frame is carbon fiber.
We have this in the shop and we are stumped as to replacement parts as Motobecane has no support whatsoever.
The ID of the BB she'll in the frame is 38mm.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

We certainly don't want to see a pic of the shell or a close up of the pic you have to see if those are threads or??
You can do better.

Is this the bonded insert (within the carbon frame) that houses the actual BB unit? No surprise about the lack of tech service from an on line company selling a service intensive device. Andy

The only pf bb standard that's close to that size is Trek BB90, which presses 37mm OD bearings directly into the frame, with bearing stops molded into the shell. What's the inside of the shell look like?

My guess is a bonded iso theaded insert failed. Should be a warranty if so, good luck with that!

CPach & Andy thanks for your replies!
yep it looks like it was bonded to to cf in the shell as there's some remnant of adhesive. Andy, the interior of the BB shell looks quite rough except at the outer edges where it is 38 mm round.
Well tomorrow when I back at the shop I will be giving this fellow the bad news. But today I'm going riding!!
