Source for old models of Shimano brake lever hoods?
Anyone know where to find hoods that will fit old Tiagra ST-4400 levers from a decade ago? All sources online show "discontinued" and ebay just has used, whole lever assembly.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I suspect that at least one LBS has a pair they would love to get rid of. Now you can start calling the 4,000+ shops... Andy.

Help!
hi, I am having the exact same issue. Just wondering you found a solution to the problem. Is there any other brake hoods that will fit that are still available??

I suspect used parts for sale will be the way to get long out of production hoods. Andy

It is a tough problem because there were no aftermarket hoods produced and unlike Campagnolo Ergos, the Shimano STI’s are not readily rebuilt. As time goes on there will be fewer functioning shifters on the road.
But all it will take is some enterprising person to 3D print a quality set and market a pair for $50. Even in smaller quantities, that should turn a nice profit.
