Welcome to BF. Please add more details about were you are. Location matters for value.
I just searched Canada wide for that specific model but no luck and without photos it'd just be a WAG on my part. Perhaps it's a more mountain bike forum question??
Please add photos to an album and someone will transfer them to your thread.thread. Alternatively, you can make 10 posts (5 maximum per day). After 10 posts you can post all the photos you need. This is an anti-spam measure.

Near bottom of the barrel model with entry level mid-1990s Shimano Tourney components including a plastic covered steel crankset, claw mount rear derailleur, nutted hubs and plastic pedals. The only thing keeping it from being a department store bicycle is the Bianchi brand name and what appears to be decent aftermarket tyres. Still, I'd probably walk right past this, even with a $25 price tag on it.

you haven’t seen many Bianchi bikes then. I answered you question in the other post.

If I was given that bike I would immediately donate it. If I saw it at a garage sale, I'd pay $10 for it and donate it as well. I pretty much will pick up any non-box store bike free or super cheap to donate. A bike like this has minimal value but could provide someone basic transportation. Beats walking! But not worth my time and $$ to refresh and market. The co-op has the advantage of free (donated) consumables.
Plenty of Bianchis are not Celeste color. I've owned about a dozen Bianchis. One was Celeste. The rest were other colors. Celeste Bianchis tend to enjoy a premium.
Now perhaps in one of the red hot Canada markets, you could get $75 or even $100 for the bike. My market is slow.
