Eroica California 2022-bike's done.
The 1976 Sannow Sport needed some changes, they're all in the finished product below, but take a moment to squint at the brake barrel adjusters and at the top of the down tube. You'll see on the top down tube a swath of missing paint, that due to the all metal First Generation Dura Ace brake adjustment barrel with lovely paint removing cross hatching, squint and you will see the later Dura Ace rubber O ring brake adjusters ending this source or frame damage.

Next two changes, the Sugino Mighty crank arms have been replaced with Sugino Mighty Tour crank arms.
And this has allowed a 48t/34t set of chain rings, with some very nice black paint inletting matching the Black First Generation Dura Ace gruppo, that sound you hear is my left knee breaking out the champagne and party hats.

And sure as you change the front chain ring, the rear drive train can also see some changes to help out. In this case a NOS long cage Black Frist Dura Ace rear derailleur and a 14t-32t NOS six speed freewheel. The bike is ready and I have two months for the body to follow.

I'm planning on riding my '71 Bob Jackson. Getting ready for the 2021 edition of Eroica I converted it to a NR Triple with an extra-low 32 in front, along with a first Gen Rally. I then built up a new set of Fiamme red-label wheels (The main set are very light Sheeren's) and added some Vitoria Corsa Control 30's. I'll swap pedals out a month before hand to get used to the toe clips/cleats/straps again. Pictures are on part of my Eroica training ride up above the Silicon Valley.

I was able to get to 1:1 on my 72' Super Course, I did add a granny ring to get there, I cut/drilled some aluminum sheet to replace the spacers between my 52 and 40 tooth chain ring, and mounted a 28t MTB ring to that adapter, so I have a 28/28 low gear which should result in an absence of walking *fingers crossed*

That Sannow looks like one of the Acermex bikes that were also sold through Centurion . Acermex sold them badged as Windsor and they are very nice bikes. My old Windsor Pro did fine in Paso Robles Eroica years back and it didn’t have the nice gearing you have, very nice set up.

Professional (1973-1978)
The High end Centurion aimed at the competive cyclists. The earliest examples were built in Mexico, by Acer-Mex, the same outfit that built Windsors. Essentially, the early Centurion Professional is a Windsor Professional with a Centurion head badge and decals. They were built with Columbus tubing, Campy dropouts, and fitted with Campy parts. Sometime around '77 or so, production moved to Japan and the tubing changed to Tange, and parts to a mix of SunTour, Sugino, and DiaCompe. The lugs and dropouts and such also changed at that time, but look very similar, aside from the dropouts being vertical instead of horizontal.**Info from user:Tymncycle

The lugs, with the holes in the lugs painted gold, and fast back seat stays are identical . Same with the fork design and chromed fork top. One difference is that the Sannow Sport has half of the top seat tube/seat stay lug is polished chrome and both of the upper and lower head tube lugs are polished chrome. My speculation is that as this bike was a customer build this added adornment was part of the customers order for the frame.
