$100 worth of Bianchi?
Having deja vu on this one, popped up from a seller I am looking at picking up a different bike from. Usual lousy pics, but caught my eye. Wondering what I am looking at here? worth grabbing and saving?

The frame appears to be older than most of the parts.
The stem is dangerously high - if you are considering purchase please pull the stem and check the steerer tube for damage.

The frame is really what I am asking about. Parts, I assume I will be fairly easy to figure, when I can see them onsite.
Bianchi's models and tubing specs are still pretty much a mystery to me, even more so for older ones.

the combination of downangle photos, poor lighting & lo-res make it difficult to see the details which would be helpful to move toward a date and model
at first glance thought "Strada, late fifties"
one Bianchi trait which appears to be missing is the proprietary integral headset
readers could probably give more and better information should further imagery be forthcoming...

The head badge looks like the one in velobase that is from the 50’s.
at $100 I’d pick it up just to go through it and check it out in detail. Hard to be sure but it looks like there is some good parts on it (the shifters looked like Campy to me, the stem 3ttt) hard to tell in the pictures.

yes, headplate is one of the things that has me thinking later 1950's for a date
the first generation 3TTT Record stem launched 1971
the Universal brake levers are one of the few fittings which are plausible to be OEM
chainset appears to be forged and has a smallish BCD
if purchased, then maybe we'll get some mo' beddah peechuhz...

I would pic it up for $100 I see at least that much in parts. No idea of model but as said looks late 50's the nicer chrome and smooth looking lugs would seem to place as nicer model. One thing to check is the rear drops they look to have been cold set to significantly wider spacing than original.

Can't/Won't go just for the Bianchi (too many other projects), but knew if I was there I wouldn't leave without it

If they are regular resellers, sometimes they will pull up the seatpost and stem to show it's not frozen.
