Hello again Nancy,

You have been advised previously that this forum is not for sales listings.

Persisting may cause action by moderators...

Moved here from the main C&V forum. In the future we might delete them if they aren't posted in sales.

Moved

I knew it was wrong, and apologized, and asked you to delete it without me ever hitting the button to post it. But it posted anyway. Why is there no way to delete or cancel a thread once you start posting?

As long as no one else has posted a response yet you should be able to go to the bottom of the post in the full editor and hit "delete." It will ask you to confirm in a kind of weird space off to the left and then it should work.

Honest mistake, If you check the OP's post history, it's 99 44/100's pure. I think I caught one that hadn't been moved yet myself.

From the C&V seller forum:
"And for the old timers around here (bike forum age, not chronological age)
please, lets be easier with the newer members around the issue. A gentle
reminder (sans emoticons etc.) will usually do the trick."

Sorry for the misunderstanding.
The thing to do if you post in the wrong place or do something else you can't figure out how to correct is to report it. Every post has a red circle at the bottom left with an exclamation mark in it which will make a report.
I vaguely recall it's different on mobile.

Ignore the warnings about only reporting certain things, I always thought that was a bad idea. A report makes it so any moderator or admin can see the issue, so it's much better than a private message.
