Weird Ask: 1" Carbon Disc Fork?

I got an old bike frame and am trying to modernize it as much as possible. With that does anyone know where I can find a 1" Carbon (or aluminum) Disc Fork?

The 'technological-time-line' doesn't add up to that being a possibility, is my guess.
Sounds like something you may have to have custom made, in the regard it's not impossible, and actually an interesting idea.
Let us know if you find a bunch or if you have a few built, I am sure you would have no problem finding buyers.

yeah i know itd have to be a newer built piece specifically for old bikes. Nashbar used to have some but that was like 8 years ago -_-

However after quite a bit of research I did find a 1" Titanium disc Fork...which is tempting but the price is way lower than id expect ($315) for a titanium fork which makes me question the quality.

That does sound a bit scary. There aren't a lot of builders I would trust to make a Ti fork at all, much less a 1" Ti fork. Crust used to sell a 1" steel disc fork, that was the only one I have ever seen. Not sure if they are still doing that, I think they might have graduated to 1 1/8"

The Lightning Bolt still uses 1” disc. I doubt they’re selling it separately: just getting frames seems to be a challenge for the smaller shops right now.

The only fork Crust has on their website is the Romanceur 1" disc. No indication of stock levels
https://crustbikes.com/collections/f...romanceur-fork

Prior to seeing them using 1" with discs, I really just dismissed it out of hand. But now I think I will do it.

Wound-Up may still (or can?) produce a 1" carbon fork for discs.
