Let's see your Clyde Pain Caves
Treadmill, Total Gym (my favorite exercise machine after knee replacement), Health Rider for my wife and an adjustable weight bench that also serves for crunches/ab work. My indoor bike on a Kurt Kinetic fluid trainer with iNRide power sensor, connects to Zwift through an old desktop PC that upgraded just for Zwift. 50" TV for the PC or watching videos.
Left knee replaced Nov 2010, right knee replace 2020. Pretty decent bend and Range of Motion.
My "Coach" telling me what I'm doing wrong...
My front room looks like a Cardio Cave. But some freshening of the room soon may have moving all this to my basement...

When one lives in the great central valley of California there is no need for indoor trainers and such. During the winter it might freeze overnight only to warm up to 50 degrees F during the day. One can ride year round here and miss very few days that are just too miserable to ride. No studded tires, no ice, no snow, lately very little rain. Not good for the farmers and ultimately all of us but at least you can keep riding.
