Hello everyone, glad to meet fellow southern Cal people!
IBJoel, that's funny that you should say you guys are based in El Segundo. Before I moved to Torrance several years ago, I lived in downtown El Segundo for quite awhile. Really liked it there, and work was straight down the street. Now I have a longer commute , but can't complain, Torrance is a nice area to live.
