I'll warn you...I have a group of friends, amongst whom there are a lot of replies going on, along with the occasional twitter war...so it probably won't make a lot of sense. And I may get tired of it in a month.

I'm amazed that so many people are so self-absorbed to think that anyone gives a ***** about what they're doing at any given moment.

It's cool if you don't like, understand, or utilize Twitter, but you seem to be projecting a bit with this assumption as to the motivation of others to use Twitter.

Nothing 'secret' about it, but if applying fallacious adjectives to a webpage makes you feel better, I won't stand in your way.

...okay, so this morning when I got back home after the ride, I was texting with a friend of mine who flaked out. He mentioned how he met up with George Hincapie over on PCH at Trancas market yesterday morning (Sat.), and while having coffee with the dude, Team Saxo Bank rolls by (the schlecks, Riis, everyone...)... I noted that Hincapie said he would head out on PCH yesterday morning (just as I was heading up into the hills for some dirt action)
Which got me thinking:
Anyone else from the pro peloton on twitter? Aside from the aforementioned in this thread.
Specifically... Anyone from SaxoBank? (no, not an employee of Saxo Bank, the bank.)
...or team Colombia?
...does Ricco have a twitter account? Can he broadcast his ******-baggery while he serves his 2 years suspension? I can only imagine his commentary as he watchs the Giro, le Tour, etc:.

I'm on there, though I'm studying for the bar exam next month so it's not too exciting. Although, Lance kills me when he tweets he did 80 miles solo this morning and all I've done is bake biscuits and play with my daughter. I guess that's why he's the pro and I'm. . . not.
