Looks like an older TST or even maybe a DEAN Costanza sans decals (some of which were made by TST).

With my White H1/OPs the bike is a hair under 16. I'd imagine low to mid 15s as she sits in the pic.

Here's something a little different, my eclectic Bianchi S9 Titanium, Record triple gruppo, Ksyrium ES, Nokon cables and a Brooks leather saddle.
I built it up for riding hilly centuries and cyclo-sportives. Here's a few pictures in the Beryl Burton memorial gardens near to my home in sunny England.

Great cables - I always (wrongly) thought the levers were flexing a little under braking until I fitted the Nokons, feels rock solid now.

They're the 2003 Record Cranks that were made for that year only I'm told. They are a rarity, and I sought them out for I wanted the weaved carbon to closely match the rest of the 06 Record group, rather than have the marbled/bowling ball 06 carbon cranks.
