Your opinion on Ceramicspeed OSP
I've a new road build with SRAM Red and have received a free NIB Ceramicspeed OSP. I wouldn't have paid for the OSP, but took it since it was offered free. My question is, would you use the OSP or sell it for $450?

Sell. Maybe 0.1 watt advantage over the SRAM Red AXS stock pulley or maybe none.
Use the money for the best tires. 3-10 watts advantage over run of the mill tires.

I've got a bling looking AliExpress OSPW and it does make the cranks spin more freely. Likely worth zero watts in reality.

If you don't need the money for something else keep it and stick it on. It may not do much, but it won't hurt anything. My guess is that the amount you get for it won't be material to you.

The real question is what do you want to do with it.
If you sell it will you always feel bad that you didn't try it? Or, will you be frustrated thinking you didn't get enough for it? Or will you be that seller that never sells because you value it more than others making offers.

To be pedantic, a "marginal gain" is what you get from running this contraption on your bike. The time and hassle required to sell it are "transactional costs."

To be more pedantic, the time and hassle are transactional costs, but the amount received from the sale is the "gain." And, that gain could be marginal or even worthless to some people.

I get all their marketing mumbo jumbo, but bottom line is the chain bend radius stuff works best if you're in a straighter chainline and have a pretty massive front chainring and run a slightly larger rear cog for the same speed.
In other words........flat out mostly in the 13/14/15/16 cogs in a 12-25 cassette and using a 53T or much much larger front ring on a TT bike.
Otherwise.....nah. I'd pass. It can make for less desireable shifting. You don't shift much in a time trial or triathlon, you shift a lot on a road bike. So infer from that what you will about a "best use case".
If you're dead set on it but want an affordable compromise, companies now sell just the wheels that fit an original R8000 or R9100 rear derailleur cage. At a lot lower cost and probably less issues with shifting. I went that way on the TT bike, original Di2 cage......slightly larger wheels.

Results using the parts being debatable, this statement ignores contractual obligations involving said teams or individuals.
I'm not super convinced of the whole replaced derailleur cage and massive jockey wheels. But feel like at least the Ultegra/Dura Ace wheels are better, and perhaps if you don't shift much replacement wheels that are just a hair larger might have the slightest effect.
The reason in TT sometimes it isn't a thing is the huge wheels mean longer cages and longer cages means less aero. The SLF style cages can re-balance that loss. Perhaps.
But's a pretty weak argument to make to say "this or that person don't run it so it must not work". I'd instead lean upon all the inconclusive data that's out there.
