My riding has been down for the last couple of month. I'll try to add 100 miles from last month's total, so I'll be shooting for 700 this month. Hopefully I can sneak in a few more.

07/01 - 26.8 miles

MTD: 26.8 miles
GOAL: 700 miles

Don’t have a bike with me right now, so I’m riding a stationary bike . Man , three miles on the sb feels like five or more on a regular bike .
Been riding 5 K .

I’ve been riding one of those fan resistance bikes . That thing is brutal. The good thing is it keeps a breeze blowing on you as you pedal. Total resistance, not like spinning at all .
Happy Fourth of July to you all .

Overtime is great for the paycheck but it seriously cuts into my riding time. Getting a late start this month, but will shoot for a goal of 225 miles.

July 06 = 11.48 miles

MTD = 11.48 / 225.00
