Back to racing, please. Wow, it was something, I finally got to see all of it. Heck, I may rewatch the NBC feed though not until after the Falling Leaves. On GCN, Adam Blythe was on a moto and almost lost his mud commentating his way through the Trouee. Great action, great coverage. I have a feeling it would be like re-watching Shrek, picking something new up each time. Watching it build from 40 or 50k out you could watch Colbrelli put together the seeds of his victory. Oops. Spoiler alert.

When you accuse someone of acting superior or feeling superior, that only reveals your own anger and your own fears and your own feelings of inferiority.

Being courteous is a sign of strength, it is not stupid, or useless or frivolous or whatever else you wrote.

I will be the courteous one and take the high road. You, and your friends, may continue to blather on, and on, and on. i am not going to waste any more energy on this.

But, it would have been simple, easy and courteous to include a SPOILER alert on the thread’s title. I don’t really understand why you are having such a difficult time understanding such a simple concept.

Seriously the heck was Luke Rowe thinking? Maybe nothing, I've made plenty of bone headed mistakes on single track like that. Your hearts racing, tunnel vision, "ugh when do we ride pavement back to the bar?" - whack! Bad line into a stump.

I sympathize as well with Moscon's bike change. Maybe more sympathy for the bike? I'll stay focused on the technical aspects and another familiar situation of proper tire pressure in the muck - lower is better! I've had amazing rides of grippy wonder thanks to accidently burping the tire. Too, too bad they didn't take a moment to bleed some air.

I'm pretty certain that Colbrelli won riding tubeless Grand Prix 5000 tires right? That's crazy, I didn't find any more info on that. I love Continental's "black chili" compound.

Have to smh at some of these posts on this thread. There's common courtesy ...and there's also common sense.

I know when I've DVR'd something I wanna watch later, especially sports, I don't go near a TV, look at alerts on my phone, read texts from someone who might spoil it for me, etc... But wanna know what I REALLY don't do? I don't dare go near a site the specializes on the subject matter, and especially the thread that's specifically discussing it.

By all means take care of each other. But first and foremeost ...we must take care of ourselves.

He's not going to win any awards for cyclist-fan bonhomie, but this comparison isn't fair. The opi-omi lady was negligent at best. He lost control of his bike under tricky circumstances.

Well, Rowe was also negligent at best. Nobody is blaming him for puncturing and crashing, but ambling onto a very narrow road with the bike almost crosswise to the road was a boneheaded thing to do. He ought to be thankful that that was a bike racer coming and not a motorcycle or support car.
