Nakita ako yung thread nung group buy ng jersey. According to weatherman deadline for the 1st batch is on the 18th. Iniisip ko pa ng mabuti. Ganda sana pero medyo mahal. For that price Pearl Izumi na dito yon. Ganda lang nung logo sa sleeves at neck collar. Haaay buhay.... kung umaapaw lang pera no problem. Hhahaha

well, this will be my first pinoy roadies jersey. i missed the first one because i didn't have the cash at the time. ordering will be easier and faster the next time because ed will have the patterns down pat already so you can always order later. there is still that minimum of 5 though.
pero according to janix, we will be designing a new one come next year... so you can hang back and wait/save until then...
yeah. i wish i have more money than i need...

Maybe I didn't see the final design but what I saw was the PR logo was just on the sleeve. I'd rather have one where PR is prominently displayed in front. Meron ba ibang design?

Dude I can't find the thread where you modeled the jersey. Just saw pics of the draft where it was taken with a camera phone. Same design though. That wind power thingie on page 8 of the same thread. Sana yung logo ng PR dominant sa front then maybe yung forum log-in name printed on the back neck collar. Mahal siguro lalo non. Heheh.

that would be in cartimar try christy's, bike room, paulina's. they have really nice stuff. do NOT go to quiapo today -- 9th of january -- its feast of the nazarene and its going to be really, really crazy down here. estimated 3 million people will go to quiapo church.

Jersey
Depends on the quality you want for the Jersey. I got mine for Php 400 about U$D 10. If you want the branded ones you can have as much as Php 1,200 or about U$ 30. The local ones are ok for everyday use.

san miguel beer jersey
san miguel beer jerseys are not available in manila or anywhere else in the philippines. Bike shops in quiapo sells parts and accessories much cheaper than those shop in cartimar pasay. I recommend KING'S, CYCLE ART, and DECIMAL along Quezon Blvd where all the bike shops are.

Pinoy rider here!
hello ppl; just dropping by to say that I enjoyed reading your thread. It actually encouraged me to sign up, so here I am. Just getting back to the old habit of riding, after 22 years hehehe.
Hope to make new friends!
Right now, I have a second hand Specialized Hard Rock mtb, circa late 80s to early 90s that I've updated with some new parts. it's fun. and I'm planning on getting my "first" road bike (I had a road bike before when I was much younger). Just an entry level roadie that I can ride till I deserve a better one (of course I already plan to upgrade, but that would only come if I can already ride really well).
Thank God, my wife is very supportive and understanding. hehehe
Ride strong, and God keep you all safe!
