Origin of my Nehan TT bike from 1989?

It is rumoured that this bikestore Nehan, bought a big amount of frames from a stock in the 80s and built them up and put their own name on them. They definitely didn't build them themselves.

It looks like a quality build, so hoping for a known builder :-)

I'm picking this one up tomorrow and wonder if anyone recognises the frame and has an idea who built it.

I’m sure the folks over in the classic and vintage section can square you away - a lot of knowledge there.
