Front basket brand recommendations for Dahon Eco3 bike?

Hi, new user here. Was wondering if anyone has other brand recommendations for a front basket that will go on a Dahon eco3 folding bike? Or am I just limited to buying the Dahon basket + attachment? Thanks in advance. . .

You can use the Dahon bracket, or the Tern bracket, or the Rixen and Kaul bracket as they all fit the same two holes in the front of the frame. Both the Tern and the R&K brackets use the same R&K standard clips, so any of the bags or baskets which are compatible with them will work. Alternatively, you can buy the back plates for the R&K system separately and attach them to a bag or basket of your choice.

You can also use this adapter and use Brompton (compatible) bags:

I don't think it's that easy - no holes on the front of my Eco 3. It's a pretty old model - made 2009-11.

In that case, you're stuck with Klickfix's stem-mounted Caddy adapter.

This (link below) works quite well on my Giant Halfway folding bike.

It's not pretty, but it's super-functional.

If you have a front rack with a flat platform, any of the Wald baskets can be strapped/zip-tied to it. I use that method on my 700c bicycles. I'm still looking for a front rack that would be suitable for my Dahon Speed and other 20" bicycles. I like this best because it allows for a larger basket and keeps the cargo low, where it really should be.
