bearing question

are ENDURO ABEC3 Cartridge Bearings 6000 RS a worthy change for my Bianchi Pista?

I have an old chrome Pista. I happened into a nice set of GL330/GEL280 sew up rims. I also noticed that the hubs that came w/ the stock wheels on the Pista were exceptionally smooth. I built up a great set of track training wheels with those rims/hubs. It seems to me that they are manufactured as close to perfect as possible. I think they are definitely worth new bearings if yours are worn.

Now...pics or it never happened

Ya gotta remember the laws of Old School... "Loose Balls Rule!"

Edit: Out of context... Sorry

Do the hubs on your Bianchi have cartridge bearings?

Probably about the same specs for both. There hasn't been much new in ball bearing technology on the low end of the scale for many years. Neither brand should cost you more than a few dollars each if you shop around. Might not find the greatest deal at a place selling bike stuff to bike people, but these bearings are used in more than just bikes. So you can find them at bearing suppliers for local industry or online at places that specialize in just selling bearings.

Even if they go bad sooner, it's not like you wasted a lot of money.

Thanks…as for the original post title, a newbie had to be a bit creative to get a response. The halter was halfway on actually..
