Trek Verve 3+

I bought the bicycle in September last year since I have problems with the shifting speeds (too much noise) and special with Speed Hobbles impossible the remove my hands from the wheel it shakes a lot I get real scared so I complain to the store and they don’t care much told me we don't know the problem came from, so I contact Trek and at the first they don't care ether until now I use Facebook finally they contact the store and the store call me to bring the bicycle (the same store where I buy it and they told me at begin they don't know the problem came from) do I trust them now to fix the problem? NO
The problem is not fixable because I have one OPINION of the engineer of other brand and he told me ALL Low step like that have the same problem because of the design of the bicycle they have to be reinforce it...
Any Ideas

Sell it and buy something that suits you better. Test ride if possible.

Name & shame the shop that you purchased the e-bike from and took the bike to get serviced.

Seems to me easy diagnose once put the e-bike on a repair stand and get the wheels spinning, but you do have to take the e-bike to a shop first.

Maybe not so easy to diagnose "and special with Speed Hobbles impossible the remove my hands from the wheel it shakes a lot I get real scared...."

Not so easy over the phone or just looking at the e-bike while standstill,
but once put onto a repair stand and wheels spinning,
you can easily determine whether the wheel is out of true, tire/wheel not mounted properly or something else..

Too much noise?? Because the motor adds power, you have to be super careful about shifting to avoid a clunk. Is that what you meant?

What is a Speed Hobble??

It really shouldn't shake. Could you describe the shake a little more? Does it turn more to one side or the other? Does that happen at speed?

OP; geared motors like on all (AFAIK) bikes from Trek make noise. Do you mean it's excessive compared to other geared motors of the same size? The speed wobble (assume that's what you meant) is a big concern, but at what speed? If it's fairly low (<25 mph), IMO bring it to the dealer.
