I have one and like it. I do not know what they cost now but if in good shape it is worth it.

I have one, but am unable to compare to other stands since I've never used "other" stands.
Sometimes it just easier to flip the bike over and set on it a piece of cardboard.
Repair parts (missing or needed) should be readily available.

If everything looks good on it it is not a terrible price assuming it is a PCS-10. It is a lot better than flipping a bike over on some cardboard and a lot easier to repair a bike in a stand rather than upside down.

Not always true: I had two Romet Wigry upside down last week at the same time while shifting parts between them and servicing their hubs - they have 20" wheels and just a coaster brake, and it was not worth pulling the other bike off the rig when cardboard would do

I've got one, the 10 not 10.2 and like it. I say buy it for that price if it looks decent. I agree with others that many things are easier with the bike upside down on the floor but plenty of other tasks are easier on a stand and it's worth it to have one. The Park is a little heavier and slightly more work to set up than some others if you store it folded but not much in it. It's also built like a tank and as Bill mentioned parts are available if something breaks such as when dropping it from your speeding car on a busy highway but not much else can damage it.

It is always better working on them in a stand it may be quicker and dirtier to do it on some cardboard yes but it is way easier working on a bike when you don't have to squat or bend over a bunch and all your controls are in the proper position not upside down making them backwards.

last year I stripped my Panasonic to bare frame with it tied to a lantern post in the backyard. A stand would have been soooooo much nicer

Wholly possible or they are too cheap get a dang stand. I did that for a bit and it wasn't worth it. Working on a bike was a pain without a stand but maybe with the cardboard it was better I just did newspaper!
