Always hard to say with these with "cult" like status pricing.
$2500 seems pretty standard for these and Ritchey's when they come up, whether they sell for that kind of $$$$$ is probably hard to say.
efbay sold listing may be helpful.

"Gunnar Tirebiter Road bike with Shimano Ultegra 9sp. Very nice condition, everything working well. TIG welded steel frame with a carbon fork. Gunnar bikes are fabricated at the Waterford factory in Wisconsin, and they make beautifully manufactured, lightweight, wonderful-riding steel frames. The Tirebiter was Gunnar's first road model, and the name was changed to 'Roadie' after a year or two.
