I'll give you a data point. In my last P/1/2/3 crit I was in the pocket at the back of the field doing 32mph at 150w with a strong tailwind. If I was to go to the front and put out 150w into the headwind, I'd be going about 10mph. So the draft and the tailwind bought me 22mph.

Now plug that into your bike calculator and go win a race.
