anyone ride this? saw it on the TV show Chronicle on WCVB Channel 5. looks like one could spend a nice long day on it!

FWIW, I’d be inclined to start at the Maritime Museum, closer to the beginning of the off road trail. The road traffic through South Norwalk is pretty thick and rushed. Not too conducive to road sharing IMO.
The rest of the trail should be great!
