ScReWeD my rear derailleur screw.
I was adjusting my rear derailleur shifting. But i over tightened the screw which holds the cable in place. Idiot. Do they sell these screws at the LBS?

Is it stripped?
If it spins without moving.... yup.
The real problem here, is that the screws are steel, and the der is aluminum (thus softer alloy).
Remove the screw, and make sure the threads in the derailleur are not the ones that got ScReWeD!!!
