Thick tyre wheelie bmx cruiser

For years now, I've fallen in love with what SE is doing. Their 26"-27.5" and 29" cruisers are the type of bikes that I think of when i think about a "dream bike". And all of those use thick tyres, talking about 26x3.5'' 27.5x3"
So my question would be, does anyone know a company or something who makes bmx frames that can fit that big wheel setups. I'm really interested in a frame capable of fittin a 26x4.5" tyre and wheel combo with rear disc brakes or should i go to a custom frame builder?

So basically a BMX fat bike? Closest thing I can think of that's available as a frameset is a Surly Lowside, but it takes 26 X 3.0" max.
