Showoff. Bike Snob has one; he calls it his "Eye of the Tiger" bike. I express my envy pretty much every time he shows it.
My dude, if I could find one of those in my size (17"-18")... A reasonable tt length on 26" wheels is my dream; you can find it new, but only for $3,000+. Meanwhile, I can admire others'.

Rick's curvy Paramount:

He has four or five of these now.

We rode over to Recycled Cycles, and I just looked up the whole time:

Yeah, he said there was a dirt and grime over it. Really didn't know what he had until he got it home. Said it's a professional repaint with some stuff added like the thru-top tube routing and down tube bosses. He made a slick fixed gear out of it and rides it hard ... unlike the all-original curved frames he has hanging on his walls.

disclaimer: it's actually my wife's bike. She kept asking for the bars to be higher..... We settled on the stock stem with a Wald 8095 bar.

Wow! That’s is one tall stem or, as you said, the frame is skewing the proportions. FWIW - I think those frames are cool.

BRC RoadAce 505

Spotted today downtown near the UofW; BRC RoadAce. Nice that a hi-ten frame was graced with a rear derailleur hanger. The rear brake was an Altus, but the front was some POS steel replacement. The crank appears to bear a Maruishi Kangaroo logo.

Technically not “in the wild”, but I wasn’t inclined to give it it’s own thread. Spotted this Go Ped gas assist pod affixed to this clean looking DeBernardi while visiting the Petersen Automotive Museum over the weekend.

I wouldn’t recommend jumping into your local paceline with this thing on your bike.

Nishiki International by Shields

Shields up - Nishiki ahead! Spotted yesterday downtown. Glad that the rider decided to use a brake.
