Vintage sealed bearing rear hub w/Simplex skewers

Can someone help with the identification of this sealed bearing hub? The foil label says “Sealed Bearings” , nothin more. There are no other markings that Icould find. Also early(ish) Simplex skewers. The wheels came from an early 70’s Peter Mooney frame that went to a bike shop owner who dressed it out himself. (NOT the Frame in the pix tho. That is late 70’s Trek 700 series).

It looks like a Raleigh hub and wheel with a simplex skewer. Ride it and don't worry. Smiles, MH

CycloPro somehow comes to mind, and possibly sold under different brandings/labels.

Possibly Italian made.

Early 80's I think.

Perhaps the bearing's seal has markings?

This thread seems to confirm the CycloPro connection, based on the included image:

I like using the Maillard/Spidel skewers on bikes and I have a set of beautiful Suntour skewers on my Phil set.
