I could but 'Bob' would need to forward that to his non-existent supervisor 'Rob' and I am sure when they respond back in 2 or 3 weeks they'd just blame my charging brick or cord for the issue.
I'll wait and see what PayPal does before doing anything else. If they rule in my favor then I'll mail it back signature required to the address it came from and if not then I'll just run it off my battery pack.
