Loooovvvellllyyy rack you have there!
Crazy strip fender, and it is almost tempting not to shave the length but to add a second fender stay to keep the fender curving with the wheel.
And are they folding pedals I see there? I could do with a pair like that.
My next fender plan is to cut them to only span the gap between the chain and seat stays at the back, and nothing forward of the forks at the front.

I spent hours yesterday dumping trays, jars and pill bottles of nuts and bolts looking for matching hex head machine bolts. Eventually gave up and went to Harbor Freight.
Got this, https://www.harborfreight.com/725-pi...ray-67624.html should last me a lifetime.
Spent a couple pleasant hours redoing all the connectors. (Pictures are the before shot).
Looks better shorter. I moved the stay to the inside of the fender.
Barely covers the width of the tire.
Geepig, about the folding pedals. There are many different sellers/brands selling this same exact pedal;

I can't recommend any particular type, none seem to last more than a couple years.

Took off original front fender, built another one to match the back one.
Might snip some off
Looks to be the right length.
Fenders look good, I will have to clean up the tires/wheels.

Of course, we can always run a cloth over the paintwork to buff it up, but eventually we know that the time will come to get down among those spokes. I stripped down my rustiest wheels some time ago, and this week I began to sand them back ready for painting - then I need to do 72 spokes + 72 nipples + 2 hubs.
what angle are you aiming for with the front fender - tucked in as it is now or pushed out like the rear one?

These handlebars adjust front and back and can adjust quill stem up and down.
