Super windy for the ride today. Legs were a little fatigued from yesterday, but the wind direction was perfect for me to try to take sole possession of a KOM that I share. A minivan had other ideas.
Oh - language.

One week. Saw two bears, including one huge one from a distance of about 25'. Earlier he had raided the dumpsters at my campground and left a pile of scat near my tent, in the gear loft of which was a cheddar and jalapeno bagel. I had put it there when I went to shower so rodents wouldn't get it and totally forgot about it. Total brain fart. I got lucky.

Also, the 41 is the dumbs.
I include myself in that, of course, but there's an awful lot of angels dancing on an awful lot of pins here.

We missed our chance to get cheapo tix. A few days ago a RT nonstop from PHL to LAX was $100. Now it’s $400.
We did not buy because not 100% certain on dates.

Not this time, but two absolutely fantastic days on the water, despite dragging our anchor through a populated anchorage this a.m. and having to roust long-suffering spouse out in her flannel pjs to drive the boat while we reset.
