Will this mix and match groupset work?
I am switching out my groupset and wanted to get to 11 speed for as low of a cost as possible with parts that are available. I mixed Shimano 105 and Microshift Centros and already have a Shimano crank that is compatible with 11 speed. The parts I will use are below and I was wondering if they would work together.
Shifters: Shimano 105 ST-R7000 shifter/brake lever
Front derailleur: Centos Front derailleur 2x11
Rear derailleur: microSHIFT Centos 11 speed
Cassette: Shimano 105 CS-R7000 11-28t
crank: Shimano 11 sp compatible crank

Microshift website shows Centos is compatible with Shimano 11 speed road. Let us know how it turns out.

Should work fine though I would go 105 complete because 105 is a fine reliable groupset that will give you many many many good miles. However these days it can be quite tough to get any parts. We could see stuff in 300+ days which is crazy to think about.

It will technically work... but your talking about a ~$25 difference between the microshift F/R derailleur vs. 105 derailleurs. IDK, if you haven't bought them yet, I would just spend the extra $25 and get the 105 derailleurs.

Cheap stuff is often more expensive in the long run. If you can stretch a bit, you'll probably dodge buyer's remorse...
