Holdsworth Avanti 501
I saved a Holdsworth bike a while back. Picked it up finally today. It is an Avanti, measured looks to be 23 inches for the frame size. Stamp would date it to 84. Its almost just a bunch of parts. Looks like it has a mountain bike seat and mountaqin bike pedals. GB bars and stem, Weinmann brakes Shimano shifting and some 170 Silstar cranks, rims don't match. While the size seems to be perfect for me, I almost think Iwill let it go to someone else who will restore it and show it love. I had to buy a lot of bikes to get it to save. Then gave away the rest to the donation center. I will try to get photos of it later today. Camera is at my work.

Does it have the wraparound seat stays? I love that the paint/logo scheme is simple, classic.

Sorry for bringing this thread back. Cleaning house this week trying to get stuff out of it. If anyone would be able to appreciate this frame and the GB bars and stem, I was thinking of looking for trades for an old school 3 speed. Drop me a message if you want, I am 6 foot 4, 36 inseam, so looking for a larger one.
