Would love some insight on this frame's birthdate.
Why I'm asking:
I'd like to apply some vaguely correct decals, and learn about the kind of group set it might have had.
My guess: post 1977 based on the 2 little holes (a assume are for a portacatena) on the drive side rear drop out... when did they phase this out?
Why it is this color:
I know the color is damn near blasphemy... I bought the frame set from a guy for 200 and it had this horrible rattle-can bronze/orange/brown paint job... the build is for my fiancee who favorite color is the "tiffany blue"... so I asked the local powder coat guy to color match it to one of her jewelry boxes and asked him to drop it off at my LBS... well... when I got the call that it was ready, i walked in and the kid working there asked:
"are you the guy that got the Colnago painted in Bianchi blue?"
face palm .. i hadn't even thought about it... but i'm coming around to it and my fiancee LOVES it.

I have a colnago super that is gold. The frame and fork are identical to your bike. I was told by the seller that it was a 1980 model. Don't know if that helps.

Note that it has the fluted seat stay tops. The Campagnolo dropouts of that type were still being used until they were used up.
I would vote 1978 to 1980.

Interesting color, I'm guessing the photos are showing it lighter and less green than the Tiffany tint
I was looking to powder coat a Univega mixte this spring and this may be a good choice
I'd love to think my SO would appreciate a Colnago, but sure she won't so only getting a Univega
But also planning to add a Gates drivetrain and Nuvinci rear

Yes, pre-'80 based on the seat stay caps, '78 or later if drilled for recessed brake nuts (tough to gauge from the pictures on a small/mobile screen).
Velo-Retro: Colnago Super Timeline
That's a great buy at $200. FWIW, I have an '83 which is drilled for a portacatena.
