SB 405 overpass, northbound, k-rails
SB 405 -> Seal Beach 405 freeway
Rode this overpass monday, 5-2, entering from Northgate, first time I've seen the onramp closure, blocked with k-rails. This takes away all of the shoulder and bike lane space. Beware if traffic is at full speed, I approached this closure as cars queued up for the light.
The driver in the first pic was honestly unaware of the closure and came in from my left and got a rude surprise.
