Clipless Pedal Adapters?

I'll be sharing a smart bike with my wife, who has no use for clipless pedals or shoes. Can someone suggest an adapter to mount a flat pedal, cage OK, on a Shimano SPD-L pedal?

Check out Thinvik Clipless Pedal Converter. I haven't used them, but they appear to be addressing the issue. I do have some Thinvik goods in the pain cave, they're fair value for the price.
