End 2021 with a new bike.
I've be wanting to add a new bike to the stable and let the local bike shop owner know what I was looking for. So, he messaged me Thursday that he had something I should check out. I went down there right after work and fell in love with her after a little test ride. So, I pulled the trigger and bought her and took her to meet her sisters today (Friday). After a visit with her sisters, it was off on the wet muddy trails for her first visit to her new playground. So here is a little look at my bike cave and my bike stable for 2022. Looking forward to a fun filled 2022 with the girls.

A friend of his built one, too, but it's not as nice. There are motor mounts and other parts available to do the swap.

I can relate to your space crunch. I hang my bikes from the ceiling on "bicycle storage hooks" (seem appropriate 
) and push one or both cars back when I need some elbow room to work at my bench. I designed the garage myself and would have made it a bit deeper and wider, but I ran afoul of city setback requirements on the front and my wife's rose garden at the back.
I always enjoy seeing other people's work and storage spaces and how they solve the space -- the final frontier -- crunch.

This is the first year my car has been spending winter hibernation with the bikes. I usually put it storage across from where I work for the winter but decided to have it closer this year.
