I really wish every LEO and every citizen would have to take a bicycle law course. The level of ignorance in our society is inexcusable.
Not only take a course. But also hold motorists' accountable for harassing cyclists'. Instead of choosing to ignore what happens to a cyclist. Until, The cyclist is a fatality.

Not when 'standing on the horn' and/or, tailgating and/or, putting on/flashing the high-beams(from the opposite direction). Regardless of which(or even a combination of more than one). It comes down to whether an officer wants to care.
