Can't seem to delete a extra photos album?

Can't seem to delete a extra photos album?
Hello, currently have two photo albums, I'd like to delete My Post Pictures album as I have a much larger album already since 2012, thanks for any idea on why it won't delete as this time, I tried several times didn't work, have a excellent day!

IBJoel, I tried to go in and delete duplicate photos from my albums but can't figure out how to do it, that and I can't seem to find a way "ADD" photos to my "long term" photo album, HELP! Thanks it's very appreciated! Happy Holidays!

I hate to be a RPIA but there's no Icon to delete photos in my Albums or on the photo itself and no icon to Add photos either, I've looked all over the page, something is odd, RATS!
