Addiction 2021.2

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Hell, I lurked this thread for a couple of years before I finally got the nerve to actually post something.

So it's starting to look like I might be homeless shortly.
I received notice that my closing is June 1st. Every potential house that I was entertaining has been sold @ insane pricing. Nothing as of yet, has replaced these properties in the market.

It’s a great time to sell but an awful time to buy. My advice? Rent for a year or two and buy after the market correction.

I'm hearing that a lot. Problem is rental prices are astronomic. Another is I'm not very patient.

I'll be in Greenville on Sunday to ride the Swamp Rabbit Trail with friends.

I'd take some of your stuff for you but my van is full.

It's cold (34F) and grey with some snowflakes mixed into the rain. I will ride to the shop after lunch.

Oooh - anybody interested in some $30ea, funky-colored GravelKing LTD/SK LTD tubeless tires? Olive, purple, mustard, etc? If I could figure out which might look not-horrible with the black/blood red Haanjo, I might pick up a pair, too. https://www.excelsports.com/promotio...-ltd-tire-sale

*it says $39 on the linked page, but if you click through to the size/color options, they're all $29.98.

I currently live southeast of Greenville in Simpsonville. What shop will you be working in? Hit me up if I can help you out. Just moved here about 18 months ago. I think you will really like it.

Going to be like that tomorrow in Philly. It was in the 70s yesterday. 60s today, but stormy soon before the temperature drop.
