Im riding 25mm tyres now.. my weight is probably south of 230 lbs. I don't want to get on a scale yet. But I'm lighter than I've been in quite a while. Errr.... skinnier anyways. I'm riding mi. Roads. They suck. Holes, cracks, chip seal, you name it.

It's your call but I bet you would do ok with something around 95-100F, 100-105R. Give it a try. As always, YMMV.

The holes are a problem, because obviously you don't want to pinch flat. But lower pressures would hep with the cracks and chipseal, and you may be amazed at how much nicer it feels. Just changing from 110F/120R to 90F/95R made both the Battaglin and the Cannondale a whole lot comfier. I intentionally rolled through some patches of cracked pavement to test this, and it was amazing. I can still feel it, but the bike doesn't jump around.
Do you have room in the forks and stays for 28s? Because that makes a big difference in my experience.

Hey, there's an idea! Matching socks! I'll need at least 7 pairs, though possibly the Ritchey and the Cannondale are close enough I can get by with the same color.....
Do they make socks in Electric Blue?

I weighed 220 when I raced criteriums on good pavement, with 23's, I ran 140psi. Now, at 210, with 25's, it's usually 115r, 110f. With 28's I'm also 90r 85f.
Edit: These are all on old narrow rims. There's so many variables. The 28's that I have are stiff sidewalls. I think they're Schwalbe Durano's? And if I know the route won't have a bunch of potholes, I'll lower my 25's to 110/105.

Tubular wheels for Mrs. Peel are mostly cleaned up. The butterknife trick worked really well on the rear wheel to remove the old glue, but the front wasn't quite as crunchy. I need to get me some mineral spirits.
The rear is built for a freewheel, not a cassette, so I got a 13-26, which gives me a lower gear than I have with the clincher rims - at least till that 26t cog I ordered arrives. I installed it and then checked to see how it shifted, and discovered I'll have to reset my limit screws when I swap wheels. It wouldn't shift onto the biggest cog, and then it overshot the smallest. . I ended up dropping the wheel out to get the chain back out.
Tubular tape arrived last night. Tubulars to arrive today. I guess the first thing to do is to stretch them onto the rims and blow them up, right? Second COVID jab today, so I hope I'm up for it!

On modern rims, I'd say 19+ mm int width, 75psi is entirely reasonable on 28s for a 200lb person. He'll, I ran 75psi on my Assaults (17mm wide). With my current wheels, 23mm wide, I'm running 28s at +/-60psi, but I'm firmly under 200 these days.

Hey MoAlpha I have a couple patients who clearly have dysautonomia. I actually think they have MSA but I am not qualified to differentiate between PSP, Parkinson's, MSA and dysautonomia, NOS. They each have seen local neurologists and downtown/academic neurologists, and in both cases have essentially been told thanks for coming, we have nothing for you, treat the symptoms, and don't come back.
Is that state of the art still? The patients are very frustrated.

Tange Champion #2
EDIT: Brazed by Tsunoda. The bike has decals from both. Later on, Lotus (which was really just an American importer who had the bikes build under contract, I believe) had them build by Cinelli, in Italy, from Columbus steel. Apparently Champion #2 is equivalent to Columbus SP, so that's better for an old fat guy like me.
