2 rides in on new power meter pedals. What I learned in these rides was that when I "felt" like I was going fast and hard - that was nothing. Those power numbers are handy and so far I only look at the 3-second avg, cadence, and L/R balance. Learning after over 20 years of cycling is a good thing.

I walked .500 miles without stabbing pain in my left foot due to metatarsalgia. Pain was a 2 or 3. Three weeks ago it was an 8 after the same walk. I seem to be acclimating to the heat better as well. Sciatica problem? Still the same.
