Trek 520 - San Diego - $350
https://sandiego.craigslist.org/nsd/...497339085.html
Feel like this might be redundant post? Ad is new
"Rides great. . .most components original ( Suntour Apex derailleur and shifters; Super Custom crank, chainweels and headset, Weinmann brakes. Wolber Super Champion rims and Swiss stainless spokes were an upgrade at time of original purchase.
Blackburn pannier racks added. Vintage 1980 Kirtland panniers included ( veterans of 1980 Europe tour ) Some minor rust spots and corrosion. Nothing major. Rubber sleeves for brakes on handlebars need replaced. . .old and gummy. Needs new handlebar tape.
Low mileage. I bought it in 1991 from someone who virtually never used it. I did the coast and some into town. I repacked the pedals once. Has new rear cluster and chain. $350.00 firm."

BB shell is a little scary??
https://hartford.craigslist.org/bik/...484826858.html
Beautiful and desirable vintage Cinelli Super Corsa. I am not the original owner of the bike so I don't have any history on it. I took pics and did some research and am offering it as described. From what I can gather on the internet it is an early to mid 70's model. The 3-piece binder bolt came along in 1972 and this bike has that. It has the 3 dots on the lugs, typical of the Super Corsa frame. From what I see these were Columbus tube frames. The rear derailleur is dated 1971. The head badge is typical of early-mid 70's bikes. There is a serial number, possibly a partial number of 226 on the bottom bracket. This bike is in original condition as when it was taken off the road many years ago. It has not been serviced. That said, for safety's sake I'd suggest it needs a tune up before riding it. I did a quick clean up on it before taking pics.
Cinelli Mod. GIRO D'Italia bars
Vtg Cinelli Milan old style oval logo stem
Campy brake calipers
Campy brake levers with pantograpghed blades
Fiammi Hard Silver 700c tubular rims
Vittoria tires hold air, show no cracks but age is unknown.
Campy headset
Campy bottom bracket
Old Cinelli metal water bottle with cork
Matching color Silca Impera pump
Cinelli saddle
Campy hubs
Frame is signed "Paint by Andres Cuevas". Paint is in nice shape, unknown if it is original? Some small nicks or scratches, typical of normal use. There are no decals on it, someone might have liked the clean no-decal look or re-painted it and had not re-decaled the bike yet?
Campy crankset with 52/42 chainrings and 170mm crank arms
Frame is 62cm measured center of crank to top of seat post
Top tube is 58cm measured center of seat post tube to center of steer tube.
Perfect 888 5 speed freewheel

From the ad, "paint is in nice shape", again, its blowing off the BB.
This is obviously the real deal but with the paint situation, it is not worth close to the ask, especially if the rust is sneaky as it can often be.
Too bad and needs to be stopped forth with, but not at that price.

Who knew Miyata built tandems? But there it is, in the '92 catalog on ragandbone. Overpriced, given what we've seen lately with tandems.
But srsly, a vertical shot of a TANDEM? (smh)
