Direct-mount RD on standard-mount RD hanger

Would like to mount a direct-mount RD on a standard-mount RD hanger Surly Straggler. How do i accomplish it? What part do i need?

Ok, so the 10x1 threading is different on a replaceable vs non replaceable hanger? (even though the 10x1 derailleur bolts mount up on the same either or setup)
Why do you think it won't work when wheels says it's the part?
