Utility rack basket?

Turned my Surly Pack Rat into a cycle truck to tote the dog, bags of dirt, and other miscellaneous things around. The front rack is 16"/40.6cm x 20"/50.8cm (L x W). I'm looking for a plastic crate that is around these dimensions.

Milk crates, including 1/2 crates, are too small. Wald's giant basket doesn't work because it tapers towards the bottom. Plastic poultry bins are too large. I'm looking for a crate similar to the gray one in the picture I've included. Does anybody know exactly what type of crate this is or have any recommendations for something similar?

Ideal crate is 19"-22" by 16"-20". Non-tapered walls 6" or higher, plastic preferably. The perfect crate seems to be eluding me.

What kind of crate is that gray thing?

Actually, I found it . . . Orbis Straightwall container.

Never mind then. Still trying to find something with the ideal dimensions but maybe i could resize a crate if need be.

Unless anybody has other crate recommendations, I have what I need.
