Hi Shin. Sweet ride. I really like your tires. what brand and model are they? And what is the size of the small chainring? I have a 1985 SR300 with 52/42 chainrings,

The top one was bought new way back when and I reconditioned it for my daughter with new levers/calipers, cables and tape, including the cross levers that you can barely see. The bottom one I just built up for her twin sister from a frame/fork with new BB/Crank, FD and the rest taken from a Specialized Dolce Vita that was too small for her. New matching cables and bar tape too. (The bottom one is setup for myself in the pic with the Assioma power meter pedals and the high saddle.)
I've been on both and it is a tossup. The classic aluminum is a rocket but the carbon SuperSix is such a smooth ride and still climbs better than my own bike.

Big tubed cannondex
I’m just a sucker for the middle years where they had those large diameter tubes. Always thought they looked amazing

Cannondale was synonymous with fat tube aluminum bikes, to Klein's chagrin of course. When they moved away from that it just didn't seem right, they were now just another bike company. That said, the SuperSix Evo in the pic is a fantastic frame/bike.

my first Cannondale
90 or 91 (?) SR400
basically - my first road bike ...
did not ride bikes much as a kid after the Stingray days (when I moved to minicycles / motorcycles) - so I 'discovered' road bicycling late in the game
could not get enough of it - rode that bike as much as possible ... weekdays and weekends all 4 seasons including rain and snow (6" freak snow on Halloween day)
went through the original RX100 components and then the Ultegra 600 replacements
plan to 'finish the build' on this frame in the next year ... years ... decade ... lol
