I had back pain in general mostly upper back but no longer an issue with this sit up ride. That hump on the back of the saddle just felt odd regardless how I adjusted it.

Thought I would add my wife's 1962 Schwinn that I put together for her. 5 minutes of riding and got compliments from some local bicycle club members.
