So they combined a handbike with a normal bike. Not really an impressive invention.

At least you can steer the Twicycle. The Varibike really takes the cake.

They chopped of the bars so that the hand cranks could rotate and so it can't be steered when hand cranking. Check out all the negative trail on the forks to keep it stable.
