Tricolore Spray Paint Colors?

I'm polishing some parts - shift levers and a stem that originally had Italian green white and red pantographed areas. The areas are pretty small, so I'm sure spray paint will be tough enough, but I haven't been able to find any recommendations for what spray paint is a good match for the Italian colors. I know I'd get something suitable via trial and error, but I'd like to avoid the hassle and I'd imagine some of you have done this before. So what spray paint colors have you found to be a good match for il Tricolore?

Or brush-on paint - maybe testors? With the amount of panto out there I can't believe no one has done this
