SPOILERS Reminder
If your thread contains "Spoilers" of some kind.... winnner, crash of major rider, or other significant event, please add "spoilers" to the thread title.

I thought it was no spoilers in thread title, like the sticky says.
Not trying to argue, just implement. If there's a thread on, e.g., Tour of Romandie, it probably will contain some results discussion and thus spoilers.
How long is the embargo? I assume same day.
Perhaps add "threads may contain spoilers" to the form description?

I agree with slcbob . The understanding around here has been about spoilers in thread titles -as it says in the sticky. There have long been spoilers inside threads without labels in the title
any extended thread about a given race is going to end up with spoilers. IMHO, if you haven't yet watched a particular stage or race and you don't want to read spoilers, then don't open the thread.
I'll try to abide by the rules as generally agreed upon, but I don't think that this new rule is workable. The OP may not put "spoiler" in the thread title because their OP doesn't have a spoiler, but further down in the thread, the spoiler is introduced by somebody else, who of course has no power to modify the thread title

hoping initial post here is just casually without the word "title" after the word "thread" in all cases. otherwise, we are talking a gigante can o' worms/pandora's box affecting every forum contained on this site. cautiously optimistic for the first time in four daze. wouldn't want to transgress on a "spoiler" hardandfastrule in the touring forum. spoiling someone's journey with too much advance info/experience riding through oklahoma (and elsewhere) prematurely-yikes. many who post in that forum carry short axes and know how to use them.
otherwise, will be putting in the word "spoiler(s)" on every new thread (all doofy) somewhere in the title. if the s-word is inserted in the middle or end of the thread title, it becomes a certain type of self-fulfilling comedy. pneu phun.

I would be too with Pog and Juju; more so then 'bob with Mas ...
I will add spoilers to my titles so I don't get accosted as I, post race, post thoughts, post haste. Don't want supple tufts to get outta place.

Homebrew01 - can you please reconsider this new policy? I think the old one was working.
The fact that your post has the word "reminder" makes me think that you aren't aware that this policy is new, and that you are just repeating long-standing policy. This would not be the understanding of any of the regulars to this sub-forum.
Yeah, we can put "spoiler" in the title to every one of our threads. Is that really what you want?

Some of you guys use so much jargon that you don't need to post "spoilers". Only the cognoscenti have any idea who the racers in question might be.
You know who you are.
