Fresh laundry for the win.
One of my cats was discovered multiple times sleeping in the dirty clothes hamper in the bathroom closet.

The Kitten With No Name (Yet)
Meet the kitty who at this time shall remain nameless (because we haven't yet gotten around to naming him):

Nameless is Tootie's grandson. His mom and dad are Coffee and Copper, who had gone to the household of a friend of my wife's last year. My wife was visiting her friend a couple of weeks ago, saw this little fell and fell in love. And here we are.

so how are you doing in terms of population?
you mentioned a while back that you might be moving in the near future and would need to reduce family size...
name idea -
you could always call him "The Kitty With No Name" much like the Clint Eastwood character "The Man With No Name"

girlfriend & I picked up a rescue for my Mom. we mistakingly thought she needed a new cat after my childhood cat 'Poe" had to be put down. (my sister named that one) we called the rescue by it's tag number "903" as-in: "here 903" "what a cute kitty 903" "you hungry 903"? etc, etc, etc. kinda funny & cute. long story short, Mom didn't want our darn rescue & Dad was like wtf? wound up keeping it & girlfriend named it "Noir" cuz is was black. next girlfriend re-named it "Rita". kinda funny I kept letting my girlfriends name & rename my cat

As it turned out, my sister in law was at her neighborhood pet shop earlier this morning and scored a very distressed, very pregnant kitty:

While she was there, some expatriate showed up with the cat and said they wanted to leave her there, claiming that they were about to leave the country. The pet shop told them that they could keep her only until closing to, and would just dump her outside afterwards. Overhearing the conversation, my sister in law said that she'd be taking her; she's got a sizeable house and the cat can stay with her other cats and give birth in safety. She named her Dalia.
Then she called my wife
